Yes. Once confirmed, the selected vehicle is for your party only, with no scheduled pickups or shared-shuttle stops for other travelers.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
The transportation rate covers the whole private vehicle, not each passenger. Any extras you choose are listed separately in your total.
Where will I meet the driver at SJD?
For international arrivals at Terminal 2, the airport representative meets travelers outside under canopy 5, wearing a red shirt and khaki pants and holding a welcome sign. Your confirmation will include the final instructions for your terminal.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We use the flight number in your request to follow arrival changes. Please message us if the airline changes your flight number or travel date.
Can I request a baby, car or booster seat?
Yes. Choose the seat you need under Optional extras and add the child’s age in the notes. The first seat in each child-seat category is included.
How much luggage fits?
Each vehicle card includes luggage guidance. Choose a larger van for oversized gear or message us if your party has more bags than usual.
Can I request the return trip to the airport?
Yes. Choose Round trip and add the return pickup date and time. Both rides will share one request number.
Can I change my ride later?
Message us with your request number as early as possible. Changes depend on vehicle and schedule availability.
When do I pay?
Nothing is charged online. We send payment instructions after your vehicle and schedule are confirmed.
